Juicy Lucy Burger
with Tomato Onion Jam and Arugula Salad
SO I had the CVC relay meet on Thursday night. Emma spent the time live texting the making and eating of these burgers. I got home and had the last one cold. Even left over they were fantastic. I recommend splurging and buying a bag of frozen fries to go with. We like steak cut but feel free to go crazy and buy crinkles or tater tots.
